To Whom It May Concern:

On September 1, 2015, I filed a First Amended Complaint in Carney v. Stipa, et al., No.3:14-cv-925 (SRU) (D. Conn.), on behalf of John J. Carney, the court-appointed Receiver for the Michael Kenwood Group, LLC and certain affiliated entities, which named Walter Luciano Stipa Sprecase and various entities, including, Desarrollos Newco 22, C.A., Desarrollos Hotelco Corporation Curacao Holding N.V., Desarollos Hotelco Corparation Aruba Holding N.V., Desarrollos Hotelco Codporation DHC Aruba N.V., and Desarrollos Hotelco Corparation Aruba Holding C.A. ("Entitites") as defendatns.

The Receiver's actions against Mr. Stipa and the Entities were voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, with no party being deemed a prevailing party under any contract or statute or for any purpose. Consequently, the Receiver has no claims against Mr. Stipa or any of the Entities.

Although the First Amended Complaint alleges in great detail the fraudulent Ponzi scheme operated and managed by Francisco Illarramendi through his control of the Receivership Entities, it did not include any allegations suggesting that Mr. Stipa or any of the Entities had any involvement in Illarramendi's scheme. The Receiver's notice of dismissal is attached for your reference.

To Whom it May Concern:

           On February 10, 2015, Bazarian International Financial Associates, LLC ("BI") filed a First Amended Complaint ("Complaint") in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in the case styled Bazarian International Financial Associates, LLC v. Desarrollos Aerohotelco, C.A., et al., Case No. 1:13-cv-01981 ("Action") in connection with a dispute that arose from a February 5, 2007 agreement entered into by BI and Desarrollos Aerohotelco, C.A., a Venezuelan corporation ("Agreement"). BI's Complaint named various Defendants, including Walter Luciano Stipa Sprecase ("Stipa"). Mr. Stipa, individually, was not a party to the Agreement.

           Mr. Stipa denied the allegations made against him by BI in the Action. Subsequently, on or about May 1, 2017, BI voluntarily dismissed its claims against Mr. Stipa in the Action, with neither BI nor Mr. Stipa being deemed a prevailing party under any law, contract or statute or for any purpose as regarded BI's claims against Mr. Stipa. Consequently, BI has no claims against Mr. Stipa in connection with the Action or Agreement to which Mr. Stipa, individually, was not a party.

Falsas acusaciones contra Walter Stipa



A todos, quiero desmentir categóricamente las falsedades de un artículo de un sitio web en donde se me acusa como Testaferro del Sr Tareck el Aissami :

1)      LAS ACUSACIONES DE QUE YO SOY EL DUEÑO DEL Hotel Maracay.

El Hotel Maracay fue y sigue siendo propiedad de la Gobernación de Aragua.

2)      LAS ACUSACIONES DE QUE YO RECIBÍ 2 MIL MILLONES DE DOLARES POR LA REMODELACIÓN DEL HOTEL MARACAY.

El Grupo Marriott invirtió y está invirtiendo dinero propio sin inversión del Gobierno y sin préstamos bancarios la remodelación del Hotel Maracay para convertirlo en un Hotel de la marca internacional 5 estrellas Marriott Maracay.

3)      Esta conversión y remodelación es a cambio de un contrato de operación del Hotel entre Marriott y La Gobernación de Aragua  por un periodo de 20 años en donde los beneficios económicos del Hotel son 60% para Marriott y 40% para la Gobernación de Aragua.

4)      ACUSACIÓN DE RELACIÓN CON EL SR ILLARAMENDI

Sobre el Caso ILLARAMENDI el cual fue investigado y aclarado en un comunicado internacional por los abogados, RECEIVER  donde envían un documento público, DISCLOSURE  el cual dice muy claramente que yo personalmente y ninguna de mis empresas  tuvo nada que ver con ese caso . 5)      ACUSACIÓN DE QUE YO VOY A COMPRAR EL RITZ CARLTON ARUBA CON TARECK .

Sobre la futura compra del Ritz Carlton Aruba, donde dice el artículo que vamos a comprar el Ritz Carlton de Aruba sencillamente ese Hotel fue construido hace 4 años por mi empresa y nosotros siempre fuimos los dueños de ese Hotel.

6)      EXTORSIÓN

Por último les pido apoyo para divulgar este mensaje,  los que me conocen saben que yo NO ACEPTO EXTORSIÓN DE NINGÚN TIPO y esto es un ejemplo de ello.

Ground Lease Finalized For Desarrollos Hotelco Project on Bermuda

This Wednesday we finalized the ground lease for the St. Regis Hotel Project on Bermuda. 

Below the news:

“The Bermuda Government and Desarrollos Hotel Group have finalized the hotel ground lease that paves the way for the ground breaking of the $150 million St. Regis Luxury Development,” Premier Michael Dunkley announced this Wednesday.

Speaking at a press conference, the Premier said, “On October 20th last year, we announced that the Bermuda Government and the Desarrollos Hotelco Group had finalized the Master Development Agreement for the St. George’s tourism development site"

“It is very clear that this project will generate jobs in both construction, and when the resort is operational in a few years time.

“The development plans for the 124 acre site include a 122 room St. Regis Hotel, a spa, a renovated St. George’s golf course, residential condominium buildings and a casino.”

Allegations dropped against Walter Stipa and his Entities

The Royal Gazette, a Bermudian English-language daily newspaper, published a news on December 3 of 2015 indicating that the allegations against Walter Stipa and his entities were dropped.


Below quote from the news:

"However according to Connecticut court documents dated November 30, lawyer Ona Wang voluntarily dismissed the defendants.

In a separate letter, the lawyer explained: “The receiver’s actions against Mr Stipa and the entities were voluntarily dismissed with prejudice with no party being deemed a prevailing party under any contract or statute for any purpose. Consequently, the receiver has no claims against Mr Stipa or any of the entities.
